He has built bespoke digital tools using AppSheet, enabling teams to record session impact on the go, and created clear, compelling data visualisations and logic models tailored for key funders like the VRU, ICB, and Sport England. By leading internal Tableau training and strengthening ECP’s digital infrastructure, Tejas has significantly elevated the organisation’s ability to evidence outcomes, influence stakeholders, and secure continuation funding.
